LocalCircle is a professional networking platform that connects professionals within local chapters to exchange quality referrals. Our service facilitates introductions between service providers and potential clients through a trusted network.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legitimate professional service provider

4. Chapter Membership

Members are organised into local chapters with the following rules:

• Each chapter has one seat per profession
• Chapters are limited to 8 members maximum
• Members must be within 25km service area of the chapter location
• Active participation is expected from all members

5. Referral Guidelines

When making referrals, members agree to:

• Only refer genuine opportunities
• Obtain consent before sharing contact details
• Follow up on referrals in a timely manner
• Provide professional service to referred clients

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid memberships are billed according to the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Misrepresent their professional qualifications
• Spam or harass other members
• Share false or misleading referral information
• Attempt to circumvent the platform for direct transactions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their account at any time through the settings page.

9. Limitation of Liability

LocalCircle facilitates connections between professionals but is not responsible for the quality of services provided by members. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from referrals made through the platform.
